Cinemas in Cardiff to Screen 4 Anime Movies

This year’s Sakasama no Patema (Patema Inverted), the odd Colourful, the sweet folklore & history-inspired Mai Mai Miracle and the newest Evangelion 3.0: You Can (Not) Redo will be screened in Cardiff during the local Kotatsu festival. The Japanese anime film fest will be held on 7th June at the city’s Chapter Arts Centre.

The event organisers have also hinted at a fifth movie, but no title has been confirmed yet.

Anime Limited, the UK distributor that has been most active in the last few years, has already licensed many anime projects for the Albion. Nonetheless, it is already working on new titles and we can only guess why the fifth anime project to be screened in Cardiff is being delayed. Maybe it will be one of the newest titles by Anime Limited?

    1. Yes. I decided there are not many events outside of Japan and the US that offer this possibility for their visitors. For me, encouragement is what matters. The more anime, the better. I hope this answers your question, Baka-kun!
