zettai karen children hyoubu kyousukeThe Zettai Karen Children spinoff series Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited – Hyoubu Kyousuke currently running on Japanese TV and Crunchiroll, is getting its own manga series adaptation in the Shounen Sunday Super magazine by Shogakukan publishers.

The current show is revolving around Hyoubu Kyousuke – leader and founder of P.A.N.D.R.A.  and a former World War II veteran who has managed to, through extensive use of his high-level esper powers, extend his young looks for decades. He looks like a teenager while he’s currently well over 80 years of age.

In the original 51-episode-long series Zettai Karen Children Kyousuke-san was the main ant-hero who would appear occasionally in the first half, planting ideas and chaos through roundabout means. He is also the one who thinks that Kaoru Akashi is the Queen of the Espers and that she has a great future ahead of her.

The manga adaptation will begin with chapter 1 on March 25, 2013 and will be by mangaka Rokurou Ogaki.

  1. “Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited – Hyoubu Kyousuke” deserves its own manga. I think this actually is a better story than the original :)
