Dengeki Daioh Genesis Magazine’s Cancelled after Volume 6

The publication of ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Daioh Genesis magazine has been cancelled. Volume 6 will be the last one to be released by the publishing company. Read below to understand which titles will be ceased and which will continue but in different magazines.

Dengeki Daioh Genesis hasn’t been having the best of experiences even from the very start. Planned as a monthly magazine, the publication format was changed into a bi-monthly one after just a year and a half of being on the market. No matter this fact, though, many fans have found interest in the various titles that spread on the pages of the magazine.Here is what will happen to these titles after the closure of the media:



Moving to ASCII Media Works’ Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh. To resume in Spring 2013
“Yasashii Sekai” no Tsukurikata by Kumiko Takeba
“Evergreen” by Yuyuko Takemiya and Akira Kasukabe
“Tenshoku Crossover” by Miyabi Fujieda
“Yuyupo no Honto no Hanashi” column by Takemiya

Moving to other magazines. To be announced at a later date in Dengeki Daioh Genesis and ASCII’s official website
“Monochrome Myst” by You Shiina
“Ashita no Kyouko-san” by Masakazu Iwasaki
“Kanoko Moyou” by Waka Miyama
“Wakuwaku Rokko Motion” by Daioki
“Mariyuki Makase no Tengu Michi” by Juutarou Nishino
“Girigiri Out” by Somatou
