Ishida to Asakura Gets Anime Adaptation

In the latest issue of Shonengahosha’s Monthly Young King magazine has announces that the gag comedy manga Ishida to Asakura will be animated and turned into an anime series. The show will begin in January 2013. The story is mainly about the various relationships between and of high school male students. The mangaka, Masao, is debuting on the professional scene with this project, but has been popular long before on the PIXIV scene.

Ishida to Asakura was published in the magazine and lasted for 15 issues. The second volume will be published by the same publishing house on 19 December where a new and exclusive ending of the story will be present.
