One of the first anime to come out this Autumn is entitled Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun and is an adaptation of the original shoujo manga by Robiko. It is a lovely, interesting and seemingly innovative retelling of the usual romantic story about a girl who meets a boy and they fall desperately in love. See below for all the niceness about this anime.
Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun tells us about the sudden meeting of two high school students and their relationship. Mizutani Shizuku is a girl who is very self-centred and always aims at being the top student in her school. Yoshida Haru, on the other hand is an odd boy with an otherwise innocent personality. One day, the two are met by fate as she is told to bring him her notes. At coming to his house to do what she has been told to do, she suddenly becomes Haru’s friend and even more. Soon, he confesses his feelings to her and the awkward relationship just goes more awkward.
The anime project is handled by studio Brains Base (Baccano!, Spice and Wolf II), which adapts the original story by mangaka Robiko.

We are expecting this show this September 29 (October 1 in some parts of the world).
Seeing the promo video for the upcoming anime series, we cannot help but wonder will the anime really be as simple as a normal shoujo anime, like every one that comes and goes or will it stay with us as a few have managed by now?
