One Piece 3D Gekisou Trap Coaster to Air in Amusement Parks

One Piece will have a 12-minute short anime that will be played in stereoscopic 3D theatres at amusement parks across Japan. For now, the announced locations are Lagunasia theme park in Aichi Prefecture, Huis Ten Bosch theme park in Nagasaki Prefecture, Yokohama Landmark Tower in Kanagawa Prefecture and Hiroshima Prefecture’s NTT CRED Hall. Airing will begin December 1, 2011.

The announcement was made by the Japanese studio TOEI Animation, official producer for the franchise.
