Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker Trailer Streamed

Dragon Age: Dawn of the Seeker (Dragon Age: Blood Mage no Seisen; official Translation) is the upcoming movie of the Dragon Age franchise. It all begins with the fantasy RPG by the same name that is a popular Electronic Arts and BioWare product. This movie will be the first item that will bring the (hopeful) beginning of a long number of original FUNimation’s Original entertainment team and will launch in 12 movie theatres across Japan on February 11, 2012. The script is coming from the agile and able hands of Jeffrey Scott (Spiderman TV,1981; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 1987 ), the production is provided by BioWare’s Mark Darrah and FUNmation’s president and CEO Gen Fukunaga (Baccano!, Dragon Ball). The character designer is Daisuke Nakayama (Ghost in the Shell).(video can be seen below)

  1. Well…too far from anime-style drawings for me. Looks like 3D animation, which it definitely is. It’s a style that will always be more suitable for a game, then a movie. I’ve had the same problem with the Teenage Ninja Turtles and the new Spider-Man…
    Anyway, I love the character design – the details and looks, so – good job, Nakayama-san!
