Aniplex has given permission to game company Strategy and Partners to create and develop a Puella Magi Madoka Magica online browser game. There will be various activities for the players including multiplayer challenges and single-player ones a the team of magic girls takes on enemies such as the Walpurgis Night. The game as a base will be free to register and play, however, any additional items will cost money.This new project is to be finished and released in the spring of 2012.

This may be a part of the secret projects related to the franchise, but for now the only definite thing is the movie that is in the works too.

According to the latest information released related the upcoming dungeon role-playing game for Play Station Portable that is based on the adventures from the extremely popular and award-winning anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica, one of the main character of the show will be getting a new role. The girl meant is none other but Mami Tomoe.

Namco Bandai will release the game on March 15, 2012. There will be two editions available for purchase: a regular one costing 6,480 yen (about 64 euro) and a  limited-pressing pre-order edition that will cost 11,990 yen (about 118 euro).
