SEGA has officially announced the new Yakuza (Ryuu ga Gotoku) game. Although production has just started, the game will be discussed in an upcoming interview for Weekly Famitsu Magazine.
The interview is with Toshihiro Nagoshi (Chief Director) and Masayoshi Yokoyama (Producer) and will come out in the upcoming new issue of the edition – on the shelves on Thursday.
While this is surely going to hype-up everyone, the world is still wondering when will the non-Japanese speaking parts be able to enjoy the last installment which was available in Japan in February. There are vague plans for localisation and distribution via Atlus outside the country for the time being.
Also, Nagoshi has already said that no new games of the franchise will be available for PS3, but solely for next-gen consoles.
So… are you ready for another take on law and order through the eyes of SEGA’s Japanese mafia?
