Liar Game to Be Ending Soon

The Liar Game manga by Shinobu Kaitani will be ending soon… after the end of the new arc, that is. The final arc is the one that began in the newest issue of Shueisha’s Young Jump. It was also the first chapter after the mangaka announced the project’s hiatus a year ago.

Liar Game revolves around a high-stake game where people are going to meet a lot of lies, face them, perform them and say what is real on top of it. In the beginning we meet a young lady named Nao Kanzaki and her accomplice – master con-artist Shinichi Akiyama. The two of them must win this game or something really bad will happen.

The story was first published in 2005 and has since then had 16 full volumes on the market.

So… what will become of your weekly schedules once Liar Game is over? There must be other thrillers worth reading, right?

One of the good for sure, though a bit slow at times. Wonder if we are to see an anime. ;)

Don’t put your hopes high :D

I did not know this one is ending…kinda upsetting to me, as it is a really good seinen.
