The Simpsons: A Tribute to Hayao Miyazaki (Video)

The latest episode of the US animated show The Simpsons is paying a tribute to retired legendary anime director Hayao Miyazaki and his Studio Ghibli movies.

See the sneak-peek below!

Howl’s Moving Castle, Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service and many more are animated The-Simpsons’ style. See your favourite (secondary) characters meet the West and enjoy the melody which definitely adds to the sentimentality.

It’s nice because I am a otaku. Otherwise, The Simpsons’ references have been annoying me for some time now.

Is it sad that I envy them for seeing this world?
