The official international Twitter account of Studio Ghibli released a series of 9 unique and never before seen stills from the upcoming Isao Takahata anime movie Kaguya-hime no Monogatari, which will be released on 23rd November this year.
The nine photos are also available if you seek out the new Kaguya-hime no Monogatari-specific #ThePrincessKaguya on the short message social network.
If you haven’t followed the story until now, let me explain this movie’s saga now…
First, Kaguya-hime no Monogatari was supposed to come out together with Kaze Tachinu. After this, it came known that the movie will be delayed and Hayao Miyazaki’s last project will come out in the summer and as the only summer project of Ghibli for this year. After teasing us with this anime’s trailer, the studio finally announced the new date for the premiere of this traditional folktale’s adaptation.
