Popular Japanese actor Hiro Mizushima, whose last role was in 2010’s Beck as Ryuusuke Minami, will take on a new adventure. His latest role will be Sebastian Michaelis from Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler). The project will be directed by NANA’s Kentaro Otani and Tiger & Bunny’s Keiichi Satou.
The upcoming Kuroshitsuji movie will have an entirely new story and will only be based on the original manga by Yana Toboso. The film’s story happens 130 years after the original manga. Main character Sebastian Michaelis, as already noted, will be there in all his demonic existence. The butler from hell will prove to be useful to his human master once more… or will he? We will have to wait and see what becomes of this project probably at the end of the year. The team will begin shooting in April.
Producing the project will be Shinzou Matsuhashi.
The project’s main positive sides, the ones that made this team unite for it, include it’s dark ambiance, the fact that it somehow managed to become popular all over the world and that it is still being talked about, even though the anime ended 4 years ago.
