The show that gained success even before starting, Medaka Box, will be shared with its North American admirers through Sentai Filmworks’ trusty distribution network. The news was announced on Monday and mentioned that the show will be available for only specific (but unnamed) digital formats and later for home video.
Neon Genesis Evangelion and Gurren Lagann’s production studio GAINAX’s latest hit series Medaka Box about a newly appointed student council president and her marvellous idea to put up a suggestion box in order to help her fellow schoolmates is going to be released in North America by Sentai Filmworks.
The anime, which premiered in Japan this April 4, is an adaptation of NisiOisin and Akira Akatsuki’s manga that began its rule back in 2009 as a debutant in… Weekly Shounen Jump. You can also watch it legally on Crunchyroll through its simulcast.
