Sentai Filmworks announced some new acquisitions at its Anime Boston panel this Saturday. Sakamichi no Apollon, Mysterious Girlfriend X (nazo no Kanojo X). Details about the release of Persona 4: The Animation DVD/Blu-ray were also mentioned.
Sekamichi no Apollon is a coming of age anime about jazz and friendship. It is an original manga series by Yuki Kodama. Mysterious Girlfriend X, on the other hand, is for those who adore awkward situations between high school students and saliva.
Both shows will be streamed on the Anime Network channel and Hulu a month after they were first shown on Crunchyroll.
When it comes to Person 4: The Animation, the North American company announced that it will in fact be using the original voice cast from the Play Station 2 game for the television anime series when it will be released in North America for DVD and Blu-ray disk.
