Kono Danshi, Uchuujin to Tatakaemasu. to Be Released in English by Sentai

Sentai Filmworks, the company behind many immense projects, will e releasing Kono Danshi, Uchuujin to Tatakaemasu. in English for the American public. The title will be “This Boy can Fight with Aliens”, but dates and special/limited/bundle editions are still not announced.

After the news that Soubi Yamamoto’s original work will have a second season entitled “Kono Danshi Nngyo Hiroimashita” (This boy Has Caught a Merman – Shinigami-sama’s unofficial translation), it was also shared with the public that the original series will also have a better promotion through an English translation made available for the US fans.

KonoDan, as is the popular abbreviation of the title, tells the story of a young boy named Kakashi, who is the only one able to fight off the invading alien forces. The Earth, though, will not have it that easy – he has lost his memories and the command of his powers with them. Will he be able to bend to the force of his will the superhuman abilities or will he fail in saving his friends, classmates and the entire world?

For all of you who are planning to watch this: it’s shounen-ai.
