Berserk Ougon Jidaihen II: Doldrey Kouryaku Film Trailer Released (Video)

Epic. The second part of the new Berserk movies Berserk Ougon Jidaihen II: Doldrey Kouryaku will be just that. The new 109-seconds long video trailer for the film shows us the pain, battles (both internal and external) and the power of the Berserk theme that has once caught the hearts of anime admirers all over the world. The video is below.

Blood. Pain. Suffering. Admiration. Respect. Feelings.

Berserk Ougon Jidaihen II: Doldrey Kouryaku will become available in theatres in Japan started June 23, 2012. It will tell the story of the taking of the Band of the Hawk stronghold and the events around it together with all the things inside the video above. Unlike the longevity of barely 80minutes of the first installment, this one is promised to last about twenty minutes more (1:40 hr).

Berserk Ougon Jidai-hen I: Haou no Tamago was released this February 4th and was exactly what I expected – it was Berserk as everyone who is admiring the manga should expect it – blood, violence, small amount of nudity and almost no fanservice made it so. Follows the manga, although it doesn’t start at the same point… Enough with the spoilers. Will comment when it comes out in North America and UK on BD/DVD.

Does anyone else notice the weird 3d cell shaded way they are doing some of the fight scenes now, I don’t like it as much as the classic hand drawn parts. It just doesn’t look as detailed and colorful.

where can i watch the 1st beserk??? been looking everywhere for it in english

Something good for a change…

I will always love Berserk. It’s a bit too romantic at times, but the battles are so strong and the characters – so good that I would call it the ultimate “guy anime”.

That is exactly how I recommend it to friends.

Hey! I also love “Berserk” and I’m not a guy…

Second that.

Blood and massacre… Gorgeous.
