The mangaka Takehiko Inoue has announced that his samurai manga Vagabond will be retuning in March. The new volume is being coloured in this very moment.
Vagabond has been on an indefinite hiatus from the beginning of Autumn two years ago because of Inoue-sensei’s health issues. The story about Miyamoto Musashi, the biggest and most popular Japanese samurai in world history will be returning ‘as if nothing has happened’, meaning no time jumps and lapses.
Shinigami-sama knows that there should be an adequate end to this manga when the time is right and is happy to hear that the mangaka is in good health.
