Funimation Entertainment is cancelling four titles including Dragon Ball Z Kai. The news are not as big a surprise as the market is getting worse and worse, the world looking at a new financial crisis. The news come from the North American retailer Right Stuf.
Dragon Ball Z Kai parts 1-4 (DVD & Blu-ray)
Kodocha seasons 1-2 (DVD)
Nerima Daikon Brothers (DVD)
Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles (DVD and Blu-ray)
In addition to this, two live-action movie are also ‘getting the axe’ from the producer:
Ghist Train
Synthesia
Earlier, Funimation has stopped production on another one of the Dragon Ball instalments – Dragon Ball Z‘s Blu-ray editions. In this case, though, the company has said that they are looking into other ways to continue the project. However, the HD’s hardly got a chance.
