Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito Trailer Released

A special minutes-and-a-half trailer for the upcoming anime film, based on CLAMP’s internationally successful story of Code Geass and the Knightmare mecha teams, that will be a special Gaiden (or side-story) of Lelouch of the Rebellion has been presented at the Code Geass: New Project Announcement Event. Bandai Namco Live TV streamed the┬ávideo┬áseveral hours later.

The video has been removed from watchable online sources as for now. I am trying to find an official release, but it is proving to be quite impossible. For the time being, you’ll have to trust me on the fact that what is shown in these 90 seconds is quite Cowbow Bebop-ish and has some jazz in it.

The trailer is beautiful… They do look like the originals A LOT, but then again – isn’t that the idea of a Gaiden?! :)

Sad, but true. It’s ridiculous saying – this guy’s not Lelouch, he’s got purple hair…

This guy looks too much like Lelouch for it to work for me. Sorry.
