Another Anime-Related Crime

Just after the news of two simultaneous discoveries of cyber crimes in two different Japanese regions were released, there has been yet another new event worthy of praise by the general public. This time it’s an already started case about a 22-year-old Chinese student in an New Zealand University who is accused of import of prohibited goods. In particular, the statement says: “cartoon films, known as ‘anime’, [that] depicted scenes of rape, abuse, and bestiality” . We all know Hentai is quite heavy, but the 10 DVDs brought in from Shanghai by the young engineering student surely aren’t that bad of a crime as for example the last two that we informed you about.

They just want to stimulate “local production”, so you can’t watch imported porn… :D

WOW, there are actually such stupid laws?! Is porn illegal in New Zealand?! How did they find it exactly?
